NSK Robot Modules™ are complete multi-axis, high-precision linear systems. High-quality linear drives, ball screws and NSK Monocarrier™ ensure a high level of mechanical reliability with an ergonomic design, enclosed in an aluminum housing.

NSK Monocarriers™ are a light-weight, single-axis actuator that embodies the technology NSK has accumulated over the years, with an all-in-one structure integrating a ball screw, linear guide, and support bearing. NSK monocarriers are suitable for a wide range of applications, including clean environments. NSK offers a quick-ship program for selected sizes of its MCM series for customers interested in purchasing smaller volumes for quick turnaround needs.

NSK Direct Drive Megatorque™ Motors are perfect for high-precision applications where size, weight, stiffness, and positioning are important. They are a great solution for many rotary applications such as semiconductor manufacturing and high-speed robot arms.

NSK Linear Guides incorporate production technologies that ensure the highest precision and quality, resulting in high-load capability and excellent dust-resistant performance to meet the needs of a variety of industries. Optional K1™ Lubrication Units self-lubricate the rails, ensuring longer life and maintenance-free operation.

NSK's New NS/NH Series Linear Rails change the linear rail game completely. These new designs increase load ratings over 30% and double the life of tradition Size 15 - 65 rails. The new design also increases smoothness, decreases noise and increases speed.

NSK Ball Screws were developed through cutting-edge tribology (friction control technology). NSK manufactures the largest volume in the world with its outstanding production and quality control techniques. They offer a complete selection of ball screws, from miniature to ultra-large sizes, for machine tools, injection molding machines and general machinery, as well as special environment usage in semiconductor and LCD production equipment.
