Interface boards provide inputs to PCs via PCI cards for communication of process signals and data-acquisition needs. Protocol converters enable easy data mapping to PLCs, PCs, and SCADA systems. Some converters have DVI and HDMI interfaces to display data on PC and TV monitors.
