Actuators

An actuator is a component of machines that is responsible for moving or controlling a mechanism or system. A pneumatic actuator converts energy formed by vacuum or compressed air at high pressure into either linear or rotary motion. Actuators can be either single acting (spring return) or double acting (requiring air pressure for both extension and retraction).
