Air cooling can be accomplished by filter fans or air-to-air heat exchangers where heat loads are low to moderate. Fans draw in filtered ambient air and exhaust excess heat, maintaining a clean, dust-free enclosure interior. For harsh environments, air-to-air heat exchangers have two separate air circuits to prevent dust and pollutants in ambient air from entering the enclosure interior.
